The symptom of this problem would be a yellow warning icon on the WIBU dongle in Windows Device Manager.
This issue was resolved in the v3.01.01 AnywhereUSB beta driver (posted 08-06-2010).
Update the AnywhereUSB driver to the current version to resolve this issue.If that doesn't help, also update the WIBU driver to the current version.
