Customers log into the Port Access Menu and are then required to login again to get into the port. Customers do not want to have to login a second time. There are two ways to accomplish this:
1. Disable either the serial port authentication or the Port Access Menu authentication.
Serial Port – Config – All – Authentication= None
Serial Port – Config – Port Access Menu Config – Authentication= None
2. Leave authentication on for both the serial port and the Port Access Menu. Setting this option will pass the credentials used to log into the Port Access Menu on to the port.
Serial Port – Config – Port Access Menu Config – Login on Port Access= Disable
