Unable to connect to the network with

Hi,

We have just received our Digi XBee Cellular LTE Cat 1 Development Kit (XKC-V1T-U)and have been following the setup instruction as per the manual. Unfortunately, we get stuck at the "Check for cellular registration and connection" stage. The AI (Association Indication) starts at 22 and switches to 25 (Cellular network registration denied). We are using the SIM card provided in the kit.

We were wondering if we had to activate the SIM card. Also, we wondering if the issue was that we are located in Montreal, Canada?

Send an email to Data.Plan.QuoteDesk@digi.com with the SIM number and the IMEI of your kit as well as a copy of the invoice. They will be able to check your SIM card and get you a new one if needed.
