Standard password don't work

We have a new PortServer, but we can't login with the standard Name 'root' and 'dbps'. We get the message, wrong name or password.

per governmental regulations, all devices must have a unique password that is printed on the label.

you should have a password label, it found inside product box.

if you miss it, could you notified to digi.
